Course: lean thinking in baggage handling  
For the IATA training and development institute we have provided the course 'Lean Thinking in Baggage Handling' as part of the course program 'Lean Management in Aviation'. Topics discussed during this course day were amongst other things: overall introduction to lean principles, push vs. pull baggage handling, baggage system capacity planning, performance measurements and quality control. The course material was jointly developed by QuinTech and Wouter Beelaerts from the Delft University of Technology, department of Airport Management and Operations (AMO).
